1. General reserves conditions

a) Check-in is held from 14h to 20h and the check-out from 08 to 11h. The guest's permanence in the apartment after checking the check-out will lead to the collection of a new night. The closure of the daily rates happens at the time of delivery of the apartment key.
b) We will not be able to guarantee the continuity of lodging, in addition to the one provided by the guest during the reserve, if there is another reserve made for the specific period or apartment.
c) The reservation is only confirmed by advance deposit of at least 50% of the package value.
d) Guaranteed reserves with advance payment will be kept for 12 hours, after the time established for the guest entry into the apartment.
e) If the host cannot arrive at the scheduled time, we ask you to enter us by phone.
F In order to make the reservation, the guest assumes to be aware of condominium rules and accommodation.

2. Politics

a) Smoking is prohibited within rooms, bathrooms and in common areas to guests, according to State Law No. 13,541, of May 7, 2009. Use only outdoor areas and indicated for this.

e) We reserve the right to charge the hits in advance during check-in.

2-1. Cancellation policy for reservations with advance payment

a) In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no return of the amount paid in advance.

b) Cancellation request:

Extra guidelines and rules


1) Do not wash clothes in the kitchen sink (just dishes). Use the laundry on the ground floor.
2) Avoid using the knife on the table so as not to damage.
3) Do not eat in bedrooms in beds and sofa to prevent them from dirty.
4) The silence time is from 12h to 14h and after 22h.
5) When you leave all the lights and conditioned air off.
6) You can use the common areas pool, sauna, games room and laundry that is on the ground floor.
