The Porto das Dunas neighborhood is one of the most popular destinations in Ceará, known for its beach with warm, calm waters. Nearby, guests will find Beach Park, as well as restaurants, pizzerias, markets, pharmacies, and convenience stores that meet everyday needs. It's a safe tourist area with easy access to Fortaleza and other beaches in Aquiraz, ideal for those seeking leisure, relaxation, and good infrastructure.
The property is located in Porto das Dunas, about 25 km from Fortaleza Airport. If you can arrive by private car, taxi or transport app, with an average duration of 35 to 40 minutes. From Fortaleza, simply follow Avenida Washington Soares up to CE-025 in the direction of Aquiraz and then access Avenida Estrela do Mar, where the condominium is located. The beach and Parque de la Playa are its main points of interest.

To ensure a peaceful and organized stay, here is some important information:
All guests must provide a valid identification document at the time of check-in.
Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. If the guest remains in the apartment after the check-out time has expired, a new daily rate will be charged. Daily rates are finalized when the guest leaves the apartment after 10:00 am.
When making a reservation, the guest assumes that he/she is aware of the condominium and accommodation rules.
From 10:00 pm and 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, SILENCE is essential for the peace of mind of guests and residents, this is very important for group living. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the cancellation of the stay in order to preserve the well-being of other guests and the condominium.
Maintenance: Report any damage or problem with the facilities immediately so that we can arrange for the appropriate repairs.
Guests are responsible for the upkeep of the accommodation. Any damage caused by guests will be charged for.
The objects, furniture, linens and utensils belonging to the apartment are entrusted to the guests to provide them with comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction or lack thereof will be charged to the responsible guest.
Bed linen or towels with any stains that require special washing will be charged a fee per piece.
Damaged bed linen and/or towels will be charged a fee per piece. The amount corresponds to the item.
The landlord is not responsible for objects or money forgotten or left on the premises.
If the guest is unable to arrive at the scheduled time, please inform us.
Failure to show up without prior notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation), and the vacancy will be available for 12 hours, starting from the time of arrival.
Cancellation: more than 30 days before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. After this period, there will be no refund or credit.
Less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show** (no-show on the day of arrival), no refund and no credit. **No-show is a cancellation without cancellation, that is, when the guest does not show up at the hotel on the booked check-in date.
In the event of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.
Number of guests: Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of people specified in the reservation. Adding guests without prior authorization is not permitted.
Visits: These are extremely strict and must be requested in advance, with payment of a fee and prior submission of documentation.
Security: Keep doors and windows locked when leaving. Do not share keys or access codes with third parties.
Please turn off the lights, television, air conditioning, and close the tap and the door when leaving the apartment.
It is strictly forbidden to store bicycles, motorcycles or any inappropriate objects inside the apartment.
Common areas: The advertised common areas are subject to closure for maintenance or other similar reasons, defined exclusively by the condominium administration, even if they are occasional and infrequent.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, balcony and in common areas for guests, according to STATE LAW Nº 13.541, OF MAY 7, 2009. If any sign of cigarette smoking, vaping or marijuana is detected in the accommodation, the following sanctions will be applied:
1- Fine of R$ 100.00 for breaking the rule.
2- Extra cleaning fee, aiming at the total recovery of the environment.
Energy
• It is paid separately, with the daily rate of R$ 30.00, with the right to consume 20 watts/day. If your consumption exceeds the agreed allowance, the amount of R$ 2.00 will be charged for each extra watt used.
Cleaning Service
• We do not offer maid service.
• Towel and bed linen change has a fee and is done upon request.
• If you require additional cleaning, please check prices and availability.
Laundry: This is for shared use with the OMO LAVANDERIA system that already includes the products. If you wish to use it, a fee will be charged by the app per operation.
Do not wash clothes in the kitchen sink (only dishes). Use the laundry room.
Trash: must be disposed of in the bins located at the fire doors, in a selective manner and properly stored. It is forbidden to leave trash in the accommodation or in the hallway.
Parking
• Parking has a daily fee of R$25.
• Send the vehicle's license plate, model and color for advance registration.
Extra Rules:
1- Avoid using the knife on the table to avoid damaging it.
2- Do not eat in the rooms on the beds and sofa to avoid making them dirty.
3- Quiet hours are from 12pm to 2pm and after 10pm.
4- You can use the common areas: swimming pool, sauna, games room, gym and laundry room located on the ground floor.
5- If you return from the beach with sand, you can use the bathroom near the pool to clean yourself before going up.
6- Do not place wet towels on the furniture, beds and sofas.
7- Avoid placing glasses and other objects on top of furniture.
8- Avoid frying and always use sugar. Do not pour coffee powder or oil down the sink or dispose of it in the trash.
9- Do not handle bleach in the apartment.
10- If you get the glass on the stove dirty, use only a sponge to clean it. If the dirt is difficult to remove, please contact me for this purpose. Do not try to remove it with other objects (spoon, knife, steel wool).
Concierge: Virtual 24-hour for your safety and convenience. Entry to the apartment is via a code on the digital lock.
At the end of your stay, inform the concierge of your departure time for checkout.
