Entry to the condominium is restricted to guests previously registered in the reservation. The entry of visitors or external guests to use the leisure areas or the apartment is not permitted.
The use of glass cups, bottles, and the consumption of food inside or on the edge of the pool is strictly prohibited. Portable speakers are also not allowed in the common areas.
To preserve the building's aesthetics, the condominium prohibits hanging towels, bathrobes, or any other items on balconies or windows.
All communication is handled by our team. Interaction is designed to be agile and practical, ensuring you have complete autonomy and privacy during your trip, but with the support of professional management taking care of things behind the scenes.

We are an accommodation geared towards rest and family tourism. Parties and events are not permitted.
We ask for strict respect for the condominium's quiet hours, which are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud speakers and audio equipment are prohibited at all times.
4. Pet Policy
We are Pet Friendly! We accept [1] small pets per reservation, with prior notice.
The owner is fully responsible for collecting waste, avoiding excessive noise that disturbs neighbors, and for any damage caused to furniture or linens. Pets should not roam freely in the condominium's leisure areas (such as swimming pools).
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
The property will be delivered clean and with complete linens. We request that, upon check-out, the garbage be properly collected and deposited in the condominium's trash cans, and that dishes not be left dirty in the sink.
Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is returned in extremely dirty conditions or with stains that are difficult to remove from the linens.
6. Electricity Consumption
Electricity consumption is already included in the daily rate. We only ask for the conscious use of air conditioning units, turning them off whenever you leave the apartment.
For longer stays or aiming for a more economical rate, electricity consumption is charged separately at [R$ 2.20] per kWh. The meter reading is taken upon your arrival and departure, ensuring complete transparency.
