1. General reservation conditions

a) Check-in takes place from 2pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 10am. If a guest remains in the apartment after check-out has expired, a new daily rate will be charged. The closing of the daily rate takes place when the room key is handed over.

b) We cannot guarantee continuity of accommodation, beyond that provided by the guest during the reservation, if there is another reservation made for the specific period or apartment.

c) The reservation is only confirmed upon advance deposit of at least 50% of the package value. d) Guaranteed reservations with advance payment upon arrival will be kept for 12 hours, after the time established for the guest to enter the apartment.

e) If the guest cannot arrive at the scheduled time, we ask that you inform us by phone. f When making a reservation, the guest assumes that they are aware of the rules of the condominium and accommodation.

2. Politics

a) SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the rooms, bathrooms and in areas common to guests, in accordance with STATE LAW No. 13,541, OF MAY 7, 2009. Only use external areas designated for this purpose.

b) From 10pm onwards, SILENCE is essential for the tranquility of guests, this is very important for group interaction. Disobeying this rule may result in cancellation.

h) The objects, furniture, linen and utensils owned by the apartment are entrusted to guests to provide them with comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction or shortage will be charged to the responsible guest.

i) Please turn off the lights, television, close the tap and the door when you are away from the room.

j) It is strictly prohibited to store bicycles, motorcycles or any inappropriate object inside the rooms.

2-1. Cancellation policy for reservations with advance payment

a) In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.

b) Cancellation request:

b.1) More than 30 days before arrival of the accommodation (check-in), 100% refund of the amount paid, after this period there is no refund and no right to credit.

b.2) Less than 24 hours or no show** (no show on the day of arrival), no refund and no right to credit. **No show is a cancellation without cancellation, that is, when the guest does not show up at the hotel on the booked check-in date. -

CONDOMINIUM AND ACCOMMODATION RULES -

The rules of Condomínio Mirante Club are available in the Accommodation. If you have any questions, please get in touch. Failure to comply with the rules will result in the rental being terminated and the guest will have to leave the Apartment immediately without the right to any refund and will also be charged an additional fee.

- GARBAGE - Garbage must be disposed of in the collectors placed in the parking lots in a selective manner and properly packed using the service elevator. It is forbidden to leave rubbish in the accommodation and in the corridor.

Accommodation is ideal for up to 4 people.

We want you to enjoy the space and feel as if you were at home, taking care in using the objects available, rationally using resources such as water and electricity, respecting other residents and condominium rules, keeping the environment clean and organized.

EXTRA GUIDELINES AND RULES

Passwords: Port: Will be sent via Whatsapp (when touching the screen, wait for the first beep before entering the password);

1) Do not wash clothes in the kitchen sink (only dishes). Use the laundry room on the ground floor.

2) Avoid using the knife on the table to avoid damage.

3) Do not eat in the rooms on the beds and sofas to prevent them from getting dirty.

4) Quiet hours are from 12pm to 2pm and after 10pm.

5) When leaving, leave all lights and air conditioning off.

6) You can use the common areas of the swimming pool, sauna, games room and laundry room on the ground floor.

7) If you return from the beach with sand, you can use the bathroom next to the pool to clean up before going up.

8) Avoid placing wet towels on furniture, beds and sofas.

9) Avoid placing glasses and other objects on furniture.

10) Avoid frying and always use suggar. Do not spill coffee grounds or oil in the sink or use the trash.

11) Do not handle bleach in the apartment.

12) If the stove glass gets dirty, just use the sponge to clean it. W
