1. General Booking Conditions

a) Check-in is from 2 PM to 10 PM and check-out is from 8 AM to 10 AM. Staying in the apartment after the check-out time will result in a charge for an additional day. The daily rate is finalized upon delivery of the room key.

b) We cannot guarantee continued accommodation beyond the time specified by the guest during the booking process if another reservation has been made for the same period or specific apartment.

c) The reservation is only confirmed upon advance payment of at least 50% of the package price.

d) Reservations guaranteed with advance payment upon arrival will be held for 12 hours after the established check-in time.

e) If the guest cannot arrive at the scheduled time, please inform us by phone.

f) By making the reservation, the guest acknowledges and is aware of the condominium and accommodation rules. 2. Policy

a) SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas for guests, according to STATE LAW No. 13.541, OF MAY 7, 2009. Use only designated outdoor areas.

b) From 10:00 PM onwards, SILENCE is paramount for the tranquility of the guests; this is very important for group living. Disobeying this rule may result in the cancellation of your stay in order to preserve the well-being of other guests and the condominium.

c) Guests are responsible for the upkeep of the rooms. Any damage caused by guests will be charged for repairs.

d) The landlord is not responsible for objects or money forgotten or left on the premises.

e) We reserve the right to collect any outstanding balances in advance, during check-in.

f) Failure to appear without prior notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show" (cancellation without notice), and the room will be held for 12 hours from the check-in time.

g) We do not accept third-party checks or post-dated checks.

h) The apartment's belongings, furniture, linens, and utensils are entrusted to guests to provide them with comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction, or loss will be charged to the responsible guest.

i) Please turn off the lights, television, close the tap, and lock the door when leaving the room.

j) It is strictly forbidden to store bicycles, motorcycles, or any inappropriate object inside the rooms.

2-1. Cancellation Policy for Reservations with Prepayment

a) In case of early departure from the contracted days, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.

b) Cancellation Request:

b.1) More than 30 days prior to check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid. After this period, there is no refund or credit.

b.2) Less than 24 hours or no-show** (failure to arrive on the day of arrival): no refund and no credit. **No-show is a cancellation without prior notice, i.e., when the guest does not arrive at the hotel on the reserved check-in date.

CONDOMINIUM AND ACCOMMODATION RULES -

The rules of the Mirante Club Condominium are available in the Accommodation. If you have any questions, please contact us. Failure to comply with the rules will result in the termination of the rental agreement, and the guest will have to leave the apartment immediately without any refund and will also be charged an additional fee.

- TRASH - Trash must be disposed of in the selective collection bins located in the parking areas and properly contained via the service elevator. No trash can be left in the accommodation or hallway.

The accommodation is ideal for up to 4 people.

We hope you enjoy the space and feel at home, taking care in the use of the provided items, using resources such as water and electricity rationally, respecting other residents and condominium rules, and keeping the environment clean and organized.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND RULES

Passwords: Door: Will be sent via WhatsApp (when touching the screen, wait for the first beep before entering the password);

1) Do not wash clothes in the kitchen sink (only dishes). Use the laundry room on the ground floor.

2) Avoid using knives on the table to prevent damage.

3) Do not eat in the bedrooms on the beds and sofa to avoid soiling them.

4) Quiet hours are from 12 pm to 2 pm and after 10 pm.

5) When leaving, turn off all lights and air conditioners.

6) You can use the common areas: swimming pool, sauna, games room, and laundry room located on the ground floor.

7) If you return from the beach with sand, you can use the bathroom near the pool to clean yourselves before going upstairs.

8) Avoid placing wet towels on furniture, beds, and sofas.

9) Avoid placing glasses and other objects on top of furniture.

10) Avoid frying and always use the range hood. Do not spill coffee grounds or oil down the sink; use the trash can instead.

11) Do not handle bleach in the apartment.

12) If you get the stove glass dirty, use only a sponge to clean it.
