To ensure a peaceful and organized stay, please take note of the following important information:

All guests must present a valid ID at check-in.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Staying in the apartment after the check-out time will result in the charge of an additional daily rate. Daily charges are closed at the moment the guest leaves the apartment after 10:00 AM.

By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges awareness of the condominium and accommodation rules.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Silence is essential for the peace of other guests and residents. Violating this rule may result in the cancellation of your stay to preserve the well-being of everyone.

Maintenance: Please report any damage or issues with the facilities immediately so we can arrange proper repairs.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation. Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

Furniture, linens, and utensils provided in the apartment are intended to offer comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction, or missing items will be charged to the responsible guest.

Stained bed or bath linens requiring special washing will incur an extra charge per item.

Damaged bed or bath items will be charged according to their value.

The landlord is not responsible for lost or forgotten items or money.

If you cannot arrive at the scheduled time, please inform us in advance.

Failure to show up without prior notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no-show” (cancellation without notice). The reservation will be held for 12 hours from the check-in time.

Cancellation Policy:

If canceled more than 30 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Less than 30 days: no refund or credit.

Less than 24 hours or in case of no-show: no refund and no credit.

No-show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without cancellation.

In case of early departure, no refund will be given for unused days.

Number of Guests: Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed in the reservation. Adding guests without prior authorization is not allowed.

Visitors: Must be pre-approved with the submission of documentation and payment of a visitor fee. This policy is strictly enforced.

Security: Keep doors and windows locked when leaving. Do not share keys or access codes with third parties.

Please turn off lights, TV, and air conditioning, and close taps and doors when you leave the apartment.

It is strictly forbidden to store bicycles, motorcycles, or inappropriate items inside the apartment.

Common Areas: May be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined solely by the building administration.

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside rooms, bathrooms, the living room, balcony, and common guest areas, as per State Law No. 13.541, dated May 7, 2009. If any signs of cigarette, vape, or marijuana use are found:

A fine of R$ 100.00 will be charged for breaking the rule.

An extra cleaning fee will be charged to restore the environment.

Electricity:

Charged separately. The daily rate includes 20 watts/day of usage.

R$ 2.00 per additional watt over the allowance.

Cleaning Services:

No daily housekeeping service provided.

Bed linen and towel changes are available for a fee upon request.

Extra cleaning is available upon request; please check for availability and pricing.

Do not wash clothes in the kitchen sink (only dishes allowed).

Trash: Must be disposed of in the designated bins near the fire door on the ground floor. Please use the service elevator. Do not leave trash in the unit or hallway.

Parking:

Daily fee of R$ 25.00.

Provide the vehicle’s license plate, model, and color in advance for registration.

Additional Rules:

Do not use knives directly on tables.

Avoid eating in the bedrooms or on the sofa.

Quiet hours are from 12 PM to 2 PM and after 10 PM.

Guests may use common areas such as the pool, coworking space, gym, and game room.

Use the poolside bathroom to rinse off sand before entering the apartment.

Do not place wet towels on furniture, beds, or sofas.

Avoid placing cups or other objects directly on furniture.

Avoid deep-frying; always use the range hood. Do not pour coffee grounds or oil down the sink—use the trash.

Do not use bleach inside the apartment.

If the stove glass gets dirty, clean it only with a sponge. If the dirt is hard to remove, contact us instead of using other tools like spoons, knives, or steel wool.

Front Desk: Available 24/7 for your safety and convenience. Apartment entry is done via digital lock code.

At the end of your stay, notify the front desk for check-out.
