The apartment is located in a condominium within the Hotel Brasil Tropical complex. Although guests use the hotel's structure and security, check-in is private and key collection will be arranged directly via the host. Cleaning and changing bed and bath linen are not included daily services, but can be requested for an extra fee. The space has exclusive decoration with crafts and regional materials, different from the hotel's standard rooms. Being on the busy Avenida Beira Mar, guests can expect some urban noise, especially on weekends and during the Crafts Fair. We offer high speed Wi-Fi. Bring sunscreen and enjoy the view!

Guests will have full and exclusive access to all internal areas of the rented apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and private balcony.

Condominium and Hotel Restrictions

As it is a private apartment within a hotel structure, access to the leisure areas and services of the Hotel Brasil Tropical is not automatically released.

Facilities such as the swimming pool, gym and sauna are for the exclusive use of guests who book directly with the hotel administration. Your guests may be prevented from using these areas or it will be necessary to consult the concierge about the possibility of paying a separate usage fee.

Breakfast and room service are also not included.

Important Internal Rules:

Identification: All guests must register at the condominium entrance upon arrival, upon presentation of an identity document. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours must be strictly respected, generally from 10pm onwards, aiming for the well-being of all residents and guests of the complex.

Our interaction with guests will be based on discretion and complete availability.

Check in and Check out

The check-in process will be simplified and without mandatory direct contact, using clear instructions for collecting the keys (via group messages and then at the condominium reception).

During the Stay

Our communication will be done remotely, preferably via messaging app or telephone. We will be fully available to:

Answer any questions about the apartment or the neighborhood;

Offer local tips and recommendations;

Resolve any unforeseen circumstances or maintenance needs that may arise.

We prioritize your privacy and autonomy, but we guarantee that the host will always be just a phone call away to ensure your stay is perfect. There will be no physical contact unless strictly necessary for urgent maintenance or at your request.

The Meireles neighborhood is considered the noblest and safest in Fortaleza, offering a privileged location for those who want to enjoy the best of the city. The region is vibrant and extremely well served by restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. The apartment is on Avenida Beira Mar, the tourist heart of the city.

A few meters away, the famous Meireles Crafts Fair opens every day at dusk, making it ideal for buying souvenirs and trying regional foods.

The nightlife is intense. There are several renowned restaurant options, from local seafood cuisine to sophisticated pizzerias and steakhouses.

Enjoy the day at Iracema Beach, which is right next door, and don't forget to visit the Iracema Statue. Most points of tourist interest are within a short walk of the apartment.

Your arrival will be quick and simple. The apartment is located in Meireles, a central region and easily accessible.

The quickest way to get there is using taxi or app services.

From Pinto Martins FOR International Airport: The distance is approximately 15 km, with an average travel time of 30 minutes.

From Engenheiro Joao Thome Bus Station: The distance is shorter, around 7.5 km, with a journey of approximately 20 minutes.

Public Transport Options

There are bus lines available from both the Airport and the Bus Station that take you to the Meireles region. The ticket costs an average of R4.50 and the travel time is longer, around 50 minutes from the airport and 35 minutes from the bus station.

Parking

Yes, we offer parking. Hotel Brasil Tropical offers a parking service for your vehicle. We recommend confirming the rules of use for condominium guests at the entrance. There will be no need to look for spaces on the street or in external garages.
