Accommodation Rules – Please Read Carefully
Thank you for your interest in staying with us! To ensure a smooth, safe, and comfortable stay for everyone, it is essential that you read and confirm the rules below. By continuing with your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to all terms.
1. Identification and Check-in: All guests must submit an official photo ID (PDF or legible photo) in advance.
The condominium uses an electronic access control system, with facial verification at the front desk.
If any guest does not match the registered ID, the reservation will be canceled without refund.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Stays after 10:00 AM will be charged the new rate.
2. Documentation and Communication
After your reservation is confirmed, an official WhatsApp group will be created. You will use it to: Send identification documents, address, phone number, and email address. You'll confirm any additional services and corresponding fees (e.g., parking, extra linens, cleaning, visits). You'll receive access details and other information. This channel ensures speed, clarity, and recorded communication during your stay.
3. Early check-in and late check-out 
Subject to availability, these are not guaranteed, and may incur additional charges. Please contact the company in advance. We do not offer luggage storage or other items. If necessary, please contact the company for more information.
4. Prohibited Activities and Security
Zero tolerance for illegal activities. Drug use/trafficking, weapons, violence, human trafficking, sex work, and other offenses will be reported to the authorities immediately, and the reservation will be canceled without refund, subject to the applicable fine. Keep doors and windows locked when leaving. Do not share keys, passwords, or magnetic cards with third parties.
5. No-Smoking Policy
Smoking (cigarettes, vapes, narcotics, etc.) is prohibited in all indoor areas of the apartment and condominium, including balconies, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, in accordance with State Law No. 13,541/2009.
The property has an air quality sensor, which will alert you to any type of smoke. If smoke, traces of smoke, or tampering with the sensor is detected, the reservation will be immediately terminated, with a non-refundable cleaning fee of R$600.00.
6. Fees and Additional Services: 
Parking: R$25.00/day (submit license plate, model, and color for registration). Additional cleaning: R$150.00. (Prices for heavy cleaning should be inquired). Linen change (towels and bed linens) R$100.00. Additional visitors only if registered before check-in (with submission of documentation and payment of fee) R$100.00 per person, with up to 8 hours of use, without overnight stays. Visitors are not permitted before the main tenant, in accordance with condominium security rules. All fees are communicated in advance and authorized by the guest via WhatsApp.
7. Rules of Coexistence and Use of Space
Quiet Hours: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and after 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Common areas available: swimming pool, sauna, gym, game room. (Subject to administrative prohibitions).
Prohibited: 
Eating on beds and sofas. Using knives directly on the table. Placing glasses and objects on unprotected furniture. Placing wet towels on beds, furniture, or sofas. Washing clothes in the kitchen or bathroom sink (use the laundry room in the common area). Storing bicycles, motorcycles, or other inappropriate objects inside the apartment. Using bleach inside the property. Disposing of paper towels, sanitary pads, or other items in the toilet. Using bath towels on the floor; Using towels to remove makeup or any pigmented products; Using towels with products on your body, such as sunscreen, tanning oil, etc.; Taking towels to the pool or beach;
8. Maintenance and Upkeep
Any problems with the facilities must be reported immediately for resolution. The guest is responsible for: Ensuring the upkeep of the property and its items; Damage or loss will be charged; Bed/bath linens: Stained: special wash fee. Damaged: charge for the item. Stove: Clean only with a sponge. If there is stubborn dirt, please notify us. Do not use utensils, steel wool or any object that could scratch or cause damage.
9. Trash 
Trash must be disposed of selectively and properly in the trash cans located at the end of the hall next to the elevators. It is prohibited to leave trash in the fire alarms. Trash is prohibited in the accommodations and hallways.
10. Laundry: This is a shared laundry room with an OMO LAUNDRY system that already includes all the products. If you wish to use it, a fee will be charged by the app per use, at the guest's expense.
11. Personal Items
We are not responsible for items or valuables left in the accommodations after check-out. If any item is found, the guest will be responsible for sending someone to collect it from the company's headquarters. The company will be responsible for assisting with the delivery, which will charge for the services provided in advance.
12. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellation or no-show: Check the cancellation policy for the accommodation on the platform you purchased. (No refunds or credits.) In case of early departure, there is no refund.
13. Occupancy and Visits
The maximum number of guests is the same as the reservation. Additional guests are not permitted without prior authorization. Visits must be notified in advance, with documentation submitted and a fee paid, as long as they comply with the rules established by the company and the condominium.
14. Check-out 
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please inform the 24-hour reception and the group for official check-out, or you will be charged an extra night's fee.
The check-in period ends upon leaving the apartment. Late check-ins will incur an additional charge of one night's stay.
Guests must comply with all condominium rules, bylaws, and regulations, and must also sign a code of conduct at the front desk.
