Hosting Rules - Read carefully

We thank you for your interest in staying with us! To ensure a quiet, safe and comfortable stay for everyone, the reading and confirmation of the rules below is essential. By proceeding with the reservation, you declare to be aware and according to all the terms.

1. Identification and check-in

Mandatory advance sending of official photo document (in PDF or readable photo) of all guests.

The condominium conducts access control by electronic system, with facial verification at the reception.

If any guest does not correspond to the registered document, the reservation will be canceled without reimbursement.

Check-in is from 14h to 22h and the check-out until 10am.

Permanence after 10am will be charged as a new night.

2. Documentation and Communication

Upon confirmation of the reserve, an official WTSAPP group will be created, where:

You will send documents, telephone and email.

It will confirm any additional services and corresponding rates (eg parking, extra trousseau, cleaning, visits).

Will receive access and other information.

This channel guarantees agility, clarity and communication registration during hosting.

3. Early check-in

Entry requests before standard time can be requested but are not guaranteed. Will be subject to availability.

4. Forbidden and security activities

Zero tolerance to illegal activities.

Cases of use/trafficking in drugs, weapons, violence, trafficking in persons or sex work will be reported to the authorities immediately and the reserve will be canceled without refund.

Keep doors and windows locked when you leave.

Do not share keys or magnetic card with third parties.

5. Anti -Table Policy

Smoking (cigarettes, vapes, narcotics) is prohibited in all internal areas, including balcony, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas, according to State Law No. 13,541/2009.

The property has air quality sensor.

In case of smoke detection, traces of smoke or sensor tampering, the reserve will be closed immediately, with the application of a cleaning rate of R $ 600.00 and without refund.

6. Additional Fees and Services:

Parking: R $ 35,00/day (send plate, model and color to register)

Extra cleaning: R $ 150,00.

Layette change (towels and bedding) R $ 100,00.

Extra visits (with document sending and fee payment) R $ 100.00 day/per person.

All rates are previously communicated and authorized by the guest via WTSAPP.

7. Rules of coexistence and use of space

Silence Hours: from 12h to 14h and after 22h.

Available common areas: pool, sauna, gym, games room, restaurant and bar. (Subject to administrative interdictions).

Prohibited:

Eat in beds and sofas.

Use knives directly on the table.

Place glasses and objects on unprotected furniture.

Place wet towels in beds, furniture or sofas.

Wash clothes in the sink (use laundry).

Store bicycles, motorcycles or improper objects inside the apartment.

Use bleach inside the property.

8. Maintenance and Conservation

Any problem in the facilities should be communicated immediately.

The guest is responsible for:

Ensure the conservation of the property and its items

Damages or losses will be charged.

Bedding/Bath:

Stailed: Rate by special washing.

Damaged: item collection.

Stove: Clean only with sponge. If there is difficult dirt to remove, let me know. Do not use utensils or steel straw.

9. Cleaning and garbage

Daily cleaning upon request (leave plaque on the doorknob).

Layer exchange on demand and with rate.

Garbage: Discard the selective collectors next to the service elevator.

Forbidden to leave garbage inside the apartment or in the corridors.

10. Access card

Supplied at check-in.

Personal and non -transferable use.

In case of loss or damage: R $ 150.00 per unit will be charged.

It should be returned on the checkout.

Replacement requires new registration in the building system.

11. Personal Objects

We are not responsible for forgotten items or values ​​in accommodation after checkout.

12. Cancellations and the show

Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: 50% return.

Less than 30 days: no return or credit.

Less than 24 hours or non -attendance (at the show): No return and without credit.

In case of early exit, there is no return of the amount paid.

13. Occupation and visits

The maximum amount of guests is the same as the reserve.

It is not allowed to add people without prior permission.

Visits must be previously communicated, with sending documents and fee payment.

14. Check-out

Checkout up to 10am. Enter your departure at the 24 -hour reception for the official closure.

The closure of the daily occurs when leaving the apartment. Delays generate additional charge.
